FORMULATION
Private label deodorant at Federal Package® starts with formulation. We can use your existing formula or you can work with our chemistry team during the deodorant formulation process. Our high-performance deodorant formulations are aluminum and paraben-free and can include organic, natural and vegan ingredients.
Blending & Filling
We operate multiple filling lines to meet your capacity needs in our FDA-registered facility. We have the equipment and capability to blend and fill various sizes of deodorant sticks with an emphasis on quality control at every step.
container selection
Our deodorant containers are available in any Pantone color and a wide variety of stock and custom styles and sizes, from .05 oz. to 3.0 oz., including propel-repel containers and a wide variety of caps. All injection molding and automated assembly are done on-site at our FDA-registered facility in Chanhassen, MN.
DECORATING & DESIGN
Our team partners with you to bring your brand to life with our deodorant container decorating and design services. We’ll create a specialty deodorant container matched to your brand’s Pantone color that helps you stand out in the market. Many different effects are available for a unique decorating method.
Federal Package can also provide a retail-ready package to your exact specifications.
